SHOT AND SHELL! NEVERSTORIES!
Yes, me hearties, it's finally here! Lots and lots of Neverstories! *breaks out the keg*
If you're not from the Pirate's Cove, chances are you don't know what's going on here. Neverstories are short little stories that my friends and I wrote in high school. They centered around us and our ideal selves at the time traveling to Neverland to make friends with the inhabitants there. In time, new friends showed up, too.
The stories were written by me (Monique/Aero), Robin (Juliette/Rabean), and Amy (Amy/Booger). They're all meant to be humorous and off-the-wall silly, which I think they accomplish nicely. Many scenes and quotes may be obscure in these stories. We were inspired at the time by such things as The Simpsons, The Critic, Pinky & the Brain (and Animaniacs as a whole), the movie Hook, the movie Stargate (from which some of the new characters are based.. it was Robin's favorite movie at the time for some of its cast members), and many other oddities. Almost all of these Neverstories centered around inside jokes between the three of us, so they're special to us.
However, when I told everyone in the Pirate's Cove that I had PP&P writings from 1995, they were eager to see. And at last, they're here! This archive will keep growing so I can keep you all in suspense. ^_~
